Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer shall create attractive and compelling marketing materials to effectively communicate our brand message across Print, Digital, and Social media. A keen eye for detail with a strong understanding of design principles.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Work closely with the marketing team to understand project goals, target audience, and key messages. Coordinate with copywriters, photographers, and web developers to ensure cohesive and integrated visual campaigns. Work with Print, Digital, and Social Media to effectively communicate our brand message.
Demonstrated ability to translate ideas into impactful visual content. Experienced in working with and editing short videos and motion graphics. Collaborate with teams to create attractive and visually compelling designs for the target audience.
Ensure all design and video projects adhere to the company’s brand guidelines. Review and approve design elements from other team members or external vendors to maintain brand integrity. Stay Up-to-Date on Design Trends/ techniques, best practices and Software Applications to keep the designs fresh and innovative.

Skills required:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar design and video editing software. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with motion graphics and animation (a plus). Knowledge of SEO and social media best practices for visual content (a plus). Experience with Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (a plus). Ability to solve design problems and come up with creative solutions under constraints.

Job Summary:
MIS Executive shall optimize. manage and secure the organization’s data and o deliver reliable, accurate, and timely reports.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Create Reports from internal data for daily/weekly/ monthly/ quarterly updates.
Data management and Information distribution in an accurate and timely manner.
Maintaining reliability and accuracy of databases.
Use Excel, Google Spread Sheet and other applications to generate actionable data-based inputs.
Extract and analyze data to provide actionable insights.
Updating MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures for MIS.
Training staff on how to use MIS.

Skills required:

Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, Google Workspaces, and Spreadsheet
Hands-on in use of CRM application
Good command over written English
Good understanding of Secondary Level Mathematics
